The letter of transmittal explains the other items. As Brothers participating in the convention as Chapter Delegates, Officers, and as interested participants, your review and analysis of these documents is critical, they will be discussed and moved for adoption during the legislative sections. As required by our current constitution these documents have been sent by mail to each of our chapters. By visiting AlphaNET you can download a personal copy for review.
